Provides front-office support at a public charter school by greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, distributing mail, responding to information requests, maintaining attendance and student files, preparing correspondence, contacting parents, supporting meetings and meal counts, translating when bilingual, and supervising students during lunch and recess.

Support the Principal in instructional leadership, student and parent relations, staff supervision, testing coordination, budget oversight, operations, and fundraising to improve student achievement and school culture.

Lead academic vision and college-readiness culture, support teacher effectiveness through observation, feedback, evaluation, and professional development; manage curricula alignment, data-driven interventions, teacher leadership teams, and school improvement efforts.
