Supports Mazda’s enterprise MarTech technology strategy, roadmap, CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, audience segmentation, governance, and measurement initiatives. Translates business priorities into requirements, use cases, workstream plans, and recommendations. Coordinates stakeholders and agency partners, facilitates workshops, supports platform and governance decisions, and connects technology activity to measurable business outcomes. The role also mentors strategy resources and contributes reusable frameworks and thought leadership. Requires at least four days per week in-office with travel to Mazda and partner locations as needed.
