Lead end-to-end product innovation for Seremoni Grade™ seafood: develop strategy and roadmap, run stage-gated NPD from ideation to commercialization, build business cases, partner with R&D/operations/marketing/sales, and prioritize launches balancing near-term revenue and long-term platform bets.

Perform lab testing and sensory analysis with fish samples, review scientific literature, and iterate quickly with cross-functional teams including biology and machine learning.
