Lead and build Stanley's growth engine: identify high-leverage acquisition opportunities, launch and scale new channels, create experimentation frameworks, improve activation/conversion/retention, hire and develop growth teams, and partner with product and leadership to drive repeatable customer acquisition and long-term growth.

Partner with the CEO to translate vision into execution: run operating rhythms, drive cross-functional initiatives, align leaders, prepare strategic materials (board/fundraising), identify bottlenecks, and build systems to scale the company.
