Coordinate land and zoning approvals, manage budgets and invoices for land development projects, and support real estate development teams and outside consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain market knowledge, participate in sales/marketing efforts, and assist with special projects and consultant coordination.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, managing the lifecycle of enterprise client environments. Drive QBRs, oversee health/performance/compliance, coordinate NOC/SOC escalations, recommend upgrades, validate SLAs, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring documentation and cross-functional alignment.
