Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for the national office while providing reception, administrative, mail, inventory, records, expense tracking, shipment, and office coordination support. The role handles visitors, calls, inquiries, supplies, documentation, and administrative projects while protecting confidential information and maintaining a professional office environment.

Supports daily operations for veteran housing and supportive service programs. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, compliance documentation, financial tracking, grant administration, purchasing, vendor coordination, donor records, events, intake, recruitment support, employee compliance tracking, reporting, and administrative assistance. The role also coordinates resources and cross-functional projects to improve program effectiveness and service delivery.

Provides financial management and decision support for assigned sites, leading budgeting, forecasting, grant and contract fiscal management, financial analysis, and management reporting. Partners with site and national leadership, monitors financial performance and compliance, supports reimbursement and funder reporting, and contributes to accounting, audit, controls, systems, and process-improvement initiatives.
