Analyze financial reports, prepare budgets and cost analyses, recommend investment and strategic decisions, identify customer needs, develop and implement operational improvement plans, and coordinate changes across departments. Use Microsoft Office and other systems, present findings to senior management, and ensure alignment of operations with business objectives.

Own client relationships and ensure strategy and program delivery for assigned accounts. Set objectives and timelines, project-manage deliverables, lead strategy and start-up meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze program performance and P/L, advise on online marketing best practices, and oversee billing and forecasting to improve client metrics.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: manage communications, schedule meetings and travel, prepare documents, organize files, coordinate external events, and maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
