Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new business, matter openings, client updates, and lateral hires. Conduct complex conflicts analyses using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, advise attorneys and leadership on risk and ethics, and support matter opening workflows and conflicts data quality. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours conflict checks and educate firm personnel on conflicts procedures.
