Support and enhance a CRM analytical repository: design, develop and tune Informatica ETL mappings, write efficient PL/SQL for large datasets, perform ETL performance tuning and root-cause analysis, maintain Unix/AIX scripts, and provide 24/7 production support for CRM analytics and campaign operations.

Support and enhance a custom CRM analytical repository on Oracle (Unix AIX), designing, developing and tuning PL/SQL code and ETL processes, performing query and performance tuning, writing shell scripts, and providing 24/7 production support for CRM analytics and campaign operations.

Design, implement, and tune large-scale Big Data solutions using Java/Scala and the Hadoop ecosystem (MapReduce,YARN,Hive,Pig,HBase,Parquet,HDFS). Build data flows, REST APIs and microservices, write SQL and NoSQL integrations, use CI tools (Maven,SBT,Jenkins), scripting (Unix,Python,Perl,JavaScript), and work in Agile/global teams to deliver performant data processing pipelines.

Implement and support Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) end-to-end: design metadata, write HFM rules, create HFR reports and Web Forms, develop FDMEE mappings and scripts, integrate Hyperion suite, use Smart View/Excel, and provide team collaboration and management.

Design and architect enterprise Sitecore CMS implementations, optimize performance and scalability, lead data migration and integrations, manage CM/CD and deployment, work with Sitecore APIs and platform features, support clients and delivery estimates, and mentor implementation teams.
