Consultant responsible for Big Data architecture and integrations for compensation systems: POA/CornerStone to IBM ICM, ETL with Informatica, and Big Data processing using Hive and Spark. Serve as an experienced architect driving strategy; IBM ICM experience is a plus.

Develop and maintain .NET desktop applications (WinForms/WPF); perform PL/SQL development for Oracle or Sybase; lead and manage developer teams; perform design and architecture reviews, performance engineering/tuning, project scoping, estimation, and scheduling; follow SDLC and Agile practices; work in Capital Markets within a global delivery model.

Implement and enhance Oracle Sales Cloud UI and configuration, develop complex Groovy scripts and web services, build point-to-point and middleware integrations, extend Sales Cloud using PaaS, work with OER, ADF, MAF, composers, and Sales Cloud data model. Support complex data structures, business logic, access control, and object workflows.

Lead technical team to design, develop, administer and deploy ServiceNow solutions. Mentor engineers, perform design reviews, build workflows and scripts, implement modules (ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM), troubleshoot production issues, and maintain system reliability through change management.

Implement and enhance Oracle Sales Cloud: configure application, develop Groovy scripts and integrations, build web service clients and middleware interfaces, extend UI via ADF/MAF and composers, and deliver complex customizations and validations.

Role involves consulting environment travel and collaboration with offshore teams.
