Lead Teradata consulting tasks: elicit and analyze requirements, convert to designs, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, implement Teradata logical/physical designs, use Teradata utilities (TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad/FastExport, MultiLoad), perform performance tuning for large data, and develop SQL objects per architectural standards. BI/DW and Big Data knowledge is beneficial.

Design and implement Teradata data solutions and ETL processes. Elicit and analyze requirements, create logical/physical database designs, use Teradata utilities (TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad/FastExport, MultiLoad), perform SQL development and performance tuning for large datasets, and develop ETL jobs in DataStage or Talend. Strong Unix shell scripting and BI/DW knowledge required.

Design and optimize Teradata logical/physical schemas, use Teradata utilities for ETL, tune performance for large datasets, and develop SQL objects (views, stored procedures, macros, functions). BI/DW knowledge required; Big Data experience is a plus.

Develop and maintain Big Data and NoSQL solutions using Storm, Spark, HDFS, and Hive. Use Java and Linux for implementation, run SQL for data analysis, assess upstream/downstream analytics needs, review code for customer-data issues, liaise with cross-functional teams, and preferably work with Azure cloud.

Design and lead enterprise big-data architectures, advising clients on technology solutions. Build and validate data architectures, data marts and dimensional models. Work with Java/Linux stacks and big-data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, HDFS, Hive, Oozie, YARN, Cloudera). Perform data profiling and SQL analysis, review code for data issues, liaise with business stakeholders, conduct assessments and solution reviews. Consulting role with regular travel; Azure cloud exposure preferred.

Collaborate with global teams and translate business requirements into technical designs.
