Implement and migrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions: gather and document requirements, configure and develop plugins, JavaScript and workflows, integrate CRM with SharePoint/OneNote/.NET/Azure, validate and deploy solutions, coordinate projects, and support client communications and travel as needed.

Define and implement end-to-end application and technology architecture, create architecture roadmaps and models, assess build-vs-buy decisions, document systems, translate business requirements into technical designs, and provide technical leadership and consulting across the software development lifecycle.

Develop in Java/Python/Scala, apply DevOps practices, analyze trends, and solve technical problems to build scalable analytics pipelines.

Administer and configure TFS/Team Foundation Server, create projects/branches/merges, develop PowerShell build scripts, manage automated builds and CI, operate Microsoft Release Manager, and maintain source repositories, build agents, disk space, SharePoint sites, and TFS reporting.

Design and lead architecture for large-scale Java/J2EE applications. Create end-to-end solution architectures, translate business requirements into technical designs, guide build-vs-buy decisions, mentor teams, ensure integration, high availability and disaster recovery, and support DevOps and Agile delivery practices.

Architect and implement Sitecore-based websites, optimize Sitecore performance and platform administration, design content/presentation models, lead data migration, provide architectural recommendations, and act as client-facing consultant in global delivery.

Administer and support TFS including project creation, branching, merging, build script creation, automated builds and CI, manage source repositories, build agents, disk space, TFS SharePoint sites and reporting. Work in team/client-facing global delivery environment.

Knowledge of BI/DW and Big Data is a plus.
