Lead pricing and analytics for telecom and cloud services: create pricing proposals, manage multiple pricing requests, support client business reviews, gather and validate data, coordinate renewals and contracts, and collaborate with sales and operations to drive client retention and revenue growth.

Serve as primary contact for telecom TEM clients, manage relationships, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues with internal teams, drive adoption, upsell, run QBRs, manage renewals and carrier contracts, and track success metrics.

Investigate and resolve carrier billing issues for clients, secure credits/refunds, audit telecom invoices, track and close disputes, ensure compliance with financial controls and SLAs, maintain documentation and metrics, and act as escalation point for carrier relations while advocating company interests.
