Maintain brand voice, develop campaign messaging and product descriptions, use AI tools to refine copy, collaborate with design and marketing teams, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Coordinate seasonal product collections from concept to launch by managing timelines, samples, vendor communications, product data in ERP/Excel, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional teams and photoshoots.

Lead receiving and quality control teams to accurately process inbound shipments (containers, air, RMAs, packages). Oversee receiving in Sage X3, RF scanning, damage documentation, routing repairs, dock coordination, put-away recommendations, staffing, SOP maintenance, safety compliance, timekeeping in Paylocity, and performance management of the receiving/QC teams.
