Manage construction and repair projects from planning through completion: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, equipment installation, staffing and subcontractor oversight. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, prepare Gantt charts and weekly status reports, review blueprints and vendor contracts, supervise department staff, and coordinate corporate-wide equipment needs. Travel up to 30% and report to the Corporate Production Manager.

Perform accounting functions for National Accounts Center: process ERP transactions, billing, receivables reconciliation, invoicing, cash application, prepare AP packets, support month-end close and audits, resolve transaction/data issues, maintain pricing in ERP, manage billing cases in Salesforce, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
