Drive sales growth of Retail Set Programs with Major Accounts across an assigned West Coast territory. Identify market opportunities, develop promotional and conversion programs using analytics, planograms, and channel marketing. Coordinate with MAE, RVP, DSMs, and regional KDMs, monitor reports to improve mix and market share, use Salesforce and Sales Force tools, and support/training of coworkers. Travel approximately 25%; valid drivers license required. Building materials/fastener knowledge is a strong plus.
