Manage and adjudicate background investigations for staff, contractors, and volunteers in ORR shelter programs. Ensure compliance with ORR, HHS, and state regulations (FBI fingerprinting, CA/N registry, sex offender searches), maintain audit-ready personnel files, perform QA reviews, submit packages to ORR, track renewals, and lead suitability determinations for child-facing roles.

Lead and manage a comprehensive fundraising program to grow revenue from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Oversee major and planned-gift portfolios, donor cultivation, events, campaigns, CRM data management (Bloomerang), board and volunteer engagement, development team leadership, budget management, and data-driven reporting in partnership with the CEO.

Provide general administrative and front-desk support including document production, filing, phone reception, scheduling, minutes transcription, basic bookkeeping, ordering supplies, and occasional community deliveries. Maintain office records, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies; perform additional program tasks as needed.
