Build scalable recruiting processes, structured interviews, scorecards, ATS usage, talent operations, workforce planning, and hiring-manager enablement. Provide market insight, talent mapping, compensation guidance, and candidate evaluation while managing multiple client engagements. This is a fractional independent contractor role requiring approximately 10–40 hours weekly, primarily remote with possible client-site support and travel.
