Develops Core ELA curriculum for grades 3–5 across text-set creation, comprehension, writing, and assessment design. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating texts, creating original instructional content, designing lessons and text-based writing tasks, developing rubrics and assessments, planning differentiation, aligning materials to standards and structured literacy principles, and collaborating with curriculum, design, permissions, and product teams. The contract runs from hire through December 31, 2027.

Develops K–2 Core ELA curriculum by researching and sequencing text sets, writing original and decodable texts, designing read-aloud, comprehension, oral language, writing, assessment, and differentiation materials, and aligning instruction with Fundations, structured literacy, science of reading, and state standards. Collaborates with curriculum, writing, design, permissions, and product teams while reviewing, piloting, and revising classroom materials.

Manage a portfolio of K-12 education customers, serving as the primary post-sales contact and driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Partner with Account Executives and internal teams throughout the customer lifecycle, deliver training and enablement, resolve issues, collect feedback, analyze customer data, and manage revenue performance. Provide high-touch support to strategic school districts, including in-person visits and executive relationship management.

Supports more than 120 school districts through proactive outreach, customer support, relationship management, product adoption, retention, and engagement efforts. Responds to inquiries, prioritizes accounts using customer health data, escalates issues, gathers feedback, and collaborates with onboarding, sales, and professional services teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, empathy, follow-through, and the ability to manage a high-volume customer portfolio.

Responds to inquiries, manages account priorities, gathers feedback, and identifies growth opportunities in partnership with Sales, Onboarding, and Professional Services. The role requires strong organization, communication, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to use customer data and tools to manage high-volume customer relationships.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, conducts discovery conversations, presents products, manages leads and CRM records, supports quotes and orders, and meets territory sales quotas. The representative collaborates with customer experience teams, maintains a strong opportunity pipeline, tracks performance, resolves customer concerns, and delivers positive customer experiences across California and Texas.
