Provide administrative and project support across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, employee engagement, surveys, event coordination, and HR analytics. Work closely with the Chief People Officer and HR team on training, retention, and process-improvement projects while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Support the Development team with prospect research, data entry, and drafting grant proposal sections. Track deadlines, maintain grant records in Salesforce, assist with reporting and administrative tasks, and help cultivate funder relationships while learning the full grant cycle.

Support the Communications team by creating and editing social media content, collecting participant stories, engaging online communities, reporting social metrics, assisting event promotion, producing basic photos/videos, maintaining brand consistency, and providing administrative support for outreach and campaigns.
