Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by developing account plans, leading complex consultative sales cycles, building C-level relationships, closing large deals, forecasting pipeline in CRM, negotiating contracts, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive retention and expansion.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Lead and scale a national sales organization for GLS across National, Commercial, and SMB segments. Own go-to-market strategy, revenue acquisition, partner/channel development, quota and compensation design, forecasting discipline, and Salesforce-driven pipeline management. Build senior sales leadership, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive profitable growth, market share gains, and scalable partnership-driven revenue streams.
