Provide Tier 2 support and maintenance for a Microsoft-based environment (on-premises and O365 Hybrid). Install, configure, troubleshoot servers, workstations, network devices, backups, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Exchange, SCCM, and support SQL/EHR applications while documenting systems and assisting end users and helpdesk for ~350 users.

Provides administrative and confidential support to Executive Management: manages calendars, prepares correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, maintains corporate files, coordinates mail and inquiries, records employee/client incentives, creates documents and reports, and (for level II) supervises clerical staff and books executive travel, processes travel advances and reconciles expenses. Requires strong computer, writing, organizational and confidentiality skills.

Provide senior technical leadership for healthcare IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Design secure enterprise architecture, lead migrations and modernization, manage Microsoft 365/Active Directory, ensure least-privilege access, logging, incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and NIST-aligned practices.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, analyze revenues and expenses, prepare monthly reconciliations and audit worksheets, support external audits, monitor internal controls, analyze budget variances, and assist with annual and contract budgeting.
