The Senior Human Resources Partner advises employees and leaders across assigned units, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and HRIS administration. The role leads full-cycle hiring, interprets California employment policies, manages routine workplace reviews, maintains employee data, generates HR reports, and may supervise up to two HR staff. It also contributes to engagement, organizational effectiveness, training, continuous improvement, and strategic HR initiatives in a hybrid nonprofit environment.
