Own and build the accounting foundation for a growing multi-entity hospitality brand: general ledger, month- and year-end close, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, cash-flow forecasting, compliance, controls, budgeting, reporting, automation, and partnering with leadership, banks, and advisors to enable scalable finance operations.

Serve as a high-trust, cross-functional operator resolving employee issues, vendor disputes, compliance gaps, contracts, and finance edge cases.
