Lead and develop a regional on-premise sales team to grow distribution and sales across hospitality, nightlife, and restaurant accounts. Collaborate with Pepsi Bottling and distributors, execute field initiatives and activations, track performance in CRM, meet KPIs, and support senior leadership with market feedback and execution.
