Manages accounting operations across multiple nonprofit entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial close, payroll and benefits entries, billing, schedules, audits, tax preparation, and process improvements. The role communicates with internal and external stakeholders, resolves AP/AR issues, maintains financial records, and supports ad hoc accounting projects. It requires strong Excel skills, nonprofit accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and attention to detail.

Manages fundraising operations, donor data, gift processing, reporting, audits, donor inquiries, grant calendars, registrations, and development team coordination. Supports donor stewardship, funder research, grant submissions, team events, and cross-functional troubleshooting. Requires Salesforce and EveryAction expertise, strong organization, communication, recordkeeping, and commitment to social, racial, and economic justice.
