Build and lead Marchay’s luxury cruising and yachting business from the ground up. Responsibilities include developing commercial and product strategies, advising and converting clients, managing end-to-end trip execution, cultivating supplier relationships, generating non-member demand, and using content and digital marketing to drive growth. The role requires strong luxury travel expertise, sales instincts, entrepreneurial ability, organization, and willingness to travel for ship visits, industry events, familiarization trips, and sailings.

Lead creation and governance of Marchay's luxury travel editorial content. Rewrite and organize destination guides, itineraries, hotel and restaurant descriptions, and concierge resources. Build editorial standards, manage calendars, write newsletters and features, collaborate with advisors and engineers to integrate content into an AI platform, and support partnerships and social presence.
