Own strategic supplier relationships across sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, delivery, performance management, and continuous improvement. Lead supplier evaluations, contracts, scorecards, corrective actions, purchase order execution, risk mitigation, and cost reduction. Lead and scale multidisciplinary hardware engineering from concept through flight-ready production. Own roadmap, hiring, design reviews, qualification, cross-functional integration, and represent hardware to executives and government partners.
