Build fundraising infrastructure, manage donor cultivation, call time, donor research, CRM data quality (EveryAction), and event planning while coordinating with state and national principals to meet ambitious fundraising targets.

Lead statewide coalition alignment, governance strategy, and co-governance between State Steering Committee, regional bodies, elected officials, partners, and staff. Develop and implement governance systems, convenings, and engagement opportunities; manage assigned regional committees and staff; coordinate cross-departmental political strategy, coalition campaigns, and organizational development to strengthen party infrastructure and execution of statewide priorities.
