Lead JSI's grants and post-award compliance practice for broadband funding (BEAD, ARPA), set methodology and quality standards under 2 CFR 200, manage audits and agency inquiries, own revenue and BD pipeline, hire and lead a distributed team, integrate operations across combined organizations, mitigate compliance risks, and personally deliver client advisory and billable work while driving process improvement and automation.
