Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments from quoting to file closing: schedule pickups, rate shipments, communicate with customers/vendors/offices, file AES and issue airway bills, handle direct shipments/consolidations/domestic loads, meet KPIs, maintain book of business, and ensure compliance with TSA/CBP/US Census.
