Supports public sector technology implementations by eliciting and analyzing business requirements, documenting workflows, user stories, business rules, and process maps, and identifying process improvements. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams throughout analysis, design, testing, configuration, and maintenance. Leads implementation activities, supports quality assurance, maintains project documentation and status reporting, provides client support, and contributes to project planning in an Agile environment.
