Lead and deliver complex on-premises and cloud software implementation projects. Act as primary client and stakeholder contact, build SOWs, manage risks and change control, create detailed project plans, track KPIs, budgets and timelines, prioritize work, coordinate delivery teams, and learn clients' business to ensure successful outcomes.

Drive new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling. Qualify inbound/outbound leads, deliver product demos, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs. Work in a hybrid role with regular weekly attendance in the Los Angeles office.
