Manage and maintain Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects, including schedule updates, work breakdown structures, milestones, logic, reporting, variance analysis, and schedule risk identification. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate project controls documentation. Support baseline development, change analysis, schedule health reporting, and process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Leads client engagement and translates construction project controls needs into analytics solution requirements. Conducts meetings, demonstrations, training, and presentations; interprets schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics; documents requirements and tracks follow-through. Collaborates with analytics teams on prototypes, workflows, onboarding, testing, and implementation while identifying reporting improvements and opportunities to expand client services. Requires strong construction project controls knowledge, communication, business analysis, generative AI experience, and independent remote work capability.

Owns project controls for a biopharmaceutical manufacturing capital project, including integrated scheduling, cost baselines, earned value, change control, risk management, procurement tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting. The role coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification and validation, automation, technical transfer, and operational ramp-up activities. It is remote-first with up to 25% travel to Minneapolis.
