The Staff Attorney will litigate immigration cases, engage in advocacy, provide technical assistance, and support community efforts to protect immigrants' rights in Southern California.

Lead statewide IT strategy and operations across multiple ACLU affiliates. Oversee MSP, infrastructure, telephony, cloud services, SharePoint intranets, Teams, vendor contracts, security, budgets, training, and helpdesk workflows.

Represent and lead education equity litigation and advocacy across Southern California. Collaborate with grassroots partners to design campaigns, litigate administrative, state, and federal cases, engage in policy and legislative work, provide technical assistance, conduct public education, and supervise junior attorneys and interns. Travel regionally and occasionally to Sacramento; participate in coalition-building and racial equity–focused initiatives.
