Lead USDR’s technology and AI strategy, responsible AI adoption, infrastructure direction, technical standards, and organizational technology capability. Partner with program leaders and government stakeholders, guide shared tooling and AI offerings, manage technical leaders, build teams, support fundraising, and drive organization-wide priorities. This hands-on executive role combines product, engineering, AI governance, change management, and public-sector technology leadership in a fully remote environment.
