Own the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness through ongoing engagement. Lead experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, metrics, and roadmap prioritization to increase activation, retention, and feature adoption. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship member-focused and AI-powered features, while using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and protect care quality and safety.

Build and own relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokers to position Marvin in RFPs and renewals, drive consultant education and enablement, support finalist processes, gather market intelligence, create enablement materials and tracking, represent Marvin at events, and convert consultant advocacy into qualified pipeline for the sales team. Role requires travel and in-office presence multiple days weekly.
