Owns member engagement, retention, regional growth, and community-building across Southern California. Responsibilities include onboarding members, conducting quarterly check-ins, connecting members with investment opportunities and services, managing referral-based prospecting and high-touch sales, developing regional engagement strategies, and planning and hosting curated events in Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara. The role requires autonomous relationship management, collaboration with headquarters and investment teams, and regular travel for meetings and events.
