Own sourcing and commercialization of new food ingredients and products from concept through first production. Identify and qualify co-manufacturers and specialty suppliers, manage product specifications and testing, build landed-cost and yield models, conduct make-versus-buy analysis, negotiate pricing and terms, forecast demand, and ensure food-safety, labeling, and supplier documentation compliance. Partner with culinary, brand, distribution, and finance teams to launch products and maintain backup supply plans.

Owns financial statement accuracy, payroll tax filings, licenses, permits, certifications, and scalable process improvements while advising leadership and partnering with accounting and HR teams.
