Coordinates eCommerce site operations, including product launches, SKU updates, promotions, pricing, content, merchandising, and campaign changes. Performs quality assurance, site testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis while maintaining the operations calendar. Collaborates with merchandising, marketing, creative, UX/UI, technology, and customer service teams to improve product discoverability, conversion, customer experience, and business results.

Lead day-to-day Amazon P&L and growth across US, Canada, and Mexico. Execute content, advertising, promotions, and assortment strategies, manage external agency, maintain listing accuracy, drive promotional readiness, partner with merchandising and planning, monitor performance and marketplace trends, and report KPIs to leadership.

Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into executable plans, lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, monitor business metrics, synthesize insights for decision-making, and coordinate across merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, operations, finance, and retail/wholesale partners.
