Leads the vision, roadmap, and execution of digital acquisition and loan-servicing experiences across lending products. Oversees product squads, optimizes conversion and retention funnels, integrates AI and omnichannel engagement, and unifies onboarding, origination, underwriting, document collection, and servicing journeys. Partners with engineering, analytics, marketing, credit risk, legal, compliance, sales, and operations while coaching Product Managers and strengthening product execution capabilities.
