Serve as CTU/EAC’s external point of contact to identify, qualify, negotiate, and manage B2B higher-education partnerships. Conduct needs analyses, develop strategic account plans, coordinate internal resources, drive client engagement and retention, and meet sales targets while maintaining CRM data and providing high-quality customer service. Role requires travel and flexible schedule.

Assist students with the financial aid process, explaining options, determining eligibility, and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service.
