Own post-go-live relationships for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS customers. Drive adoption, configuration refinements, customer health, QBRs, renewals, retention, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Engineering while serving as a strategic advisor to revenue leaders. Build scalable Customer Success playbooks, health scoring, ROI models, and renewal processes as an early team member.

The Solutions Architect will manage technical relationships, design demos, oversee onboarding, and translate customer needs into product insights, while working with sales and engineering teams.

Own the technical sales motion: lead discovery, demos, and POCs; qualify opportunities with AEs; translate prospect requirements into solution narratives; provide product and engineering feedback; and build reusable demo and POC assets to accelerate enterprise deals.
