Produces video and photography for marketing campaigns, product launches, social channels, live events, and trade shows. Owns projects from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing, color, audio, graphics, and final delivery. Develops scripts, storyboards, and shot lists; creates platform-specific digital content; maintains brand quality; collaborates with Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, and Product; and manages media assets and equipment.

Manage daily HR operations across payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, employee relations, and engagement. Maintain accurate employee records, administer BambooHR, JazzHR, and 15Five, support immigration processes, coordinate audits and reporting, resolve employee inquiries, and organize company events. The role requires strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws, confidentiality, organization, communication, and the ability to work hybrid in Cerritos, California at least three days weekly.
