Support safety managers by handling workers' compensation claims, accident investigations, safety inspections, audits, incident tracking, and training recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations (including OSHA), provide administrative support, and help maintain safety data and continuous improvement initiatives. Must hold a valid driver's license and meet company insurance approval.

Monitor driver performance and safety using Uber Dashboard and Samsara; answer driver calls; track attendance, dispatch, and utilization in Excel; escalate complaints, safety alerts, and performance issues to supervisors; assist with team huddles, coaching, and maintaining safe, customer-focused operations.
