Creates and checks complex 3D models, assemblies, drawings, tooling, BOMs, and model-based definitions using CATIA V5 and 3DX. Applies manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, tolerance analysis, interference checks, and installation assessments to aerospace ducting components. Coordinates designs with project and manufacturing engineers, supports shops, customers, and vendors, and performs engineering changes, weight calculations, and design reviews. Mentors junior employees as needed while maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures.

Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Lead integrated product teams, maintain program control using PDP/phase-gate and EVMS, mitigate risks, own customer relationships, mentor IPT leaders, and drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Assist the New Product Development team with program management, commercial support, production and customer support, process improvement, and data analysis. Support cross-functional groups to drive project action items, expedite production, prepare customer materials, and deliver at least one primary project while working onsite part-time (12-29 hours/week).

Lead and supervise project engineers and interns through product design, verification, and NPD. Assign work, monitor schedules/budgets, provide technical leadership, drive process improvements, mentor staff, support testing/drawings/reports, and act as backup to the Director of Product Engineering.
