Lead Antares' legal and compliance functions as the first in-house General Counsel. Advise executives, manage government contracts and federal relationships, oversee nuclear regulatory and export‑controls compliance (ITAR/EAR), draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage external counsel, build corporate governance and legal infrastructure, and provide day‑to‑day practical legal support to enable rapid execution in a high-growth, regulated environment.
