Responsibilities include architecture trades, meanline analysis, performance modeling, flow-path component design, rotating hardware stress and life analysis, forced-response assessment, test correlation, troubleshooting, and technical design reviews. The role requires collaboration across rotordynamics, mechanical design, manufacturing, testing, and systems engineering while balancing performance, structural integrity, life, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.

Own and expand model-based embedded control software for a power conversion system. Develop and tune controls, state machines, diagnostics, fault responses, and degraded modes using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow. Validate through simulation, software- and hardware-in-the-loop testing, bench testing, and system commissioning. Deploy generated code to real-time hardware, analyze operational data, troubleshoot control behavior, and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, systems, software, and test teams.

Supports the design, analysis, development, and testing of mechanical components for advanced nuclear microreactors. Responsibilities include creating designs, drawings, analyses, test plans, and technical documentation; participating in design reviews; collaborating with manufacturing and test teams; resolving technical issues; and completing a long-duration engineering project with a final presentation.

Design and test electrical systems for fission microreactors. Responsibilities include PCB redesign, schematic development, component selection, harness design, prototype assembly, hardware-in-the-loop testing, test infrastructure development, troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional systems integration.

Coordinates recruiting operations across multiple recruiters and hiring teams, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, onsite logistics, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and ATS data maintenance. Supports sourcing, pipeline development, recruiting events, reporting, job postings, and process documentation.
