A Public Trust clearance is required or must be obtainable.

Design, configure, test, and deploy Agentforce AI agents and Salesforce solutions for a federal public sector program. Lead discovery workshops, define use cases and requirements, configure Agentforce, Flow, Apex, integrations, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. Establish testing, guardrails, security models, and governance controls. Advise stakeholders on Salesforce architecture and optimization, lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and support scalable, compliant implementations.
