Own the agent orchestration platform and co-lead AI agent solutions across the insurance lifecycle. Define agent roadmaps, prompts, tools, autonomy tiers, evaluation datasets, governance, rollout gates, observability, and cost controls. Partner with product, engineering, data, and experience teams to translate business needs into agent specifications and measurable outcomes. Establish regression testing, human escalation policies, audit trails, and production quality standards for LLM-powered products.

Build and operate Kinetic’s AI agent platform, including orchestration, model routing, tools, memory, permissions, guardrails, CI/CD, evaluation infrastructure, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Develop secure MCP integrations with enterprise and claims data, ensure privacy and auditability, establish rollout standards, replatform existing AI workflows, mentor engineers, and guide build-versus-buy decisions. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role requiring production LLM expertise and collaboration with product and platform teams.

Lead pricing analysis, actuarial indications, portfolio monitoring, carrier reporting, and underwriting recommendations for workers’ compensation business. Own quarterly loss trend analysis and maintain SQL queries in Athena, Excel/Python actuarial models, and Tableau reporting. Steward express-quote and renewal-tiering models through validation, refreshes, documentation, holdout testing, predicted-versus-actual monitoring, and drift detection. Partner with data scientists, underwriting leaders, carriers, and data teams in a fast-moving insurtech environment.
